Okay, so I found something oh, so amazing at Harvest Thrift Store yesterday! A corner cabinet/hutch... it's not in perfect shape by any means, but I'm kinda glad. Character is what it has. I went back today with the husb to see if he was game. He was :) It was kinda a big purchase (for me & for a thrift store), but I seriously couldn't stop thinking about it and just knew that it would look perfect in our dining area.
Welp. Here it is.
Plans for this lovely piece of furniture:
1. A good cleaning.
2. Definitely gotta get our sanding on...
3. Paint it/Distress it... not sure what color yet. I want orange-ish, but not sure about how husb feels about that.
4. New knobs/hinges
Well... that's the plan. Let's just hope I (Dru) can follow thru with that plan.
